Our estimated shipping date depends on various factors, including the destination address, shipping time, and the speed at which we process and assemble your order. Processing Time and Shipping Time
- Order Processing Time: Typically, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process and assemble your order.
- Shipping Method: After production is completed, we will choose an appropriate courier based on the destination address, such as FedEx or DHL. Shipping time is approximately 4 to 7 business days.
- Estimated Delivery Time: You can generally expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 business days.
The processing time for different products may vary. However, once you place an order on our website, we will make every effort to prepare the goods as quickly as possible.
Any changes to your order may cause a delay in delivery. The extent of the delay will depend on the nature of the change and the additional time required to adjust the order accordingly.

- Address Change: You may request a change of delivery address before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please contact us promptly, and we will coordinate with the courier to provide a solution.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Please avoid using P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as these may cause delivery failures. We recommend using a complete and accurate physical address.
- Shipping Delays: Actual delivery dates may be affected by factors such as flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external circumstances. Particularly during holidays or peak shopping seasons, shipping may be delayed.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: Depending on the destination country’s policies, international orders may incur customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the customs authorities in the destination country.
- Shipments That Cross National Borders: Shipments that cross national borders will be cleared through customs. You hereby authorize us to designate a customs broker ("Broker") to act as your direct representative for the purpose of obtaining clearance from national customs and other regulatory agencies in the destination country prior to delivery of the shipment to you. In order to complete clearance of your items through customs, the Broker may provide information to the governmental authorities in the country of destination and disburse import duties and taxes as assessed by customs officials and assess a surcharge for doing so. For all shipments, the Broker may contact the payer and require confirmation of reimbursement arrangements as a condition to completion of clearance and delivery, and at the discretion of the Broker, require payment of duties and taxes before release of the shipment to you.
- Undelivered or Lost Packages: If your package has not been delivered or if your tracking information indicates that it has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact our customer service within 15 days from the order date for verification.

Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting us via email. Once production or shipping has started, we will not be able to cancel the order directly, but you may contact us for further assistance.
For orders that have not been shipped, we offer modification services. Customers can adjust product designs according to their needs, and we may charge a small symbolic revision fee.
Returns:
Return Period:
You can contact us for a return and refund within 15 days from the date of receipt. We will process your return request within 2 business days. After this period, we will not be able to offer returns or refunds.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in new, unused condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
- A video of the product to be returned must be provided.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Partial Refund:
If the product shows visible signs of damage, wear, or missing parts (not caused by us), we may issue a partial refund.
- Return Shipping Costs:
For returns initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The specific cost will depend on the courier service chosen by the customer. If the product is damaged during return shipping, the customer must contact the courier company for resolution.
For products damaged during shipping by us, customers can choose to refuse the shipment and request a return. In this case, the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
