Import Duties and Taxes:
For customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union:
We work closely with our logistics partners to provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, ensuring that all import VAT, duties, and related fees are prepaid before the package is shipped. Once you complete your payment on our website, there will be no additional charges during delivery. Your package will clear customs smoothly and be delivered on time.
For all other international orders (outside the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union):
We do not cover any duties or VAT that may be incurred after the product is shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that your package may be subject to duties or VAT based on the regulations of your country or region, and any such fees are your responsibility.
Notes:
- Address Change: You may request a change of delivery address before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please contact us promptly, and we will coordinate with the courier to provide a solution.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Please avoid using P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as these may cause delivery failures. We recommend using a complete and accurate physical address.
- Shipping Delays: Actual delivery dates may be affected by factors such as flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external circumstances. Particularly during holidays or peak shopping seasons, shipping may be delayed.
- Undelivered or Lost Packages: If your package has not been delivered or if your tracking information indicates that it has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact our customer service within 15 days from the order date for verification.
