  • Shipping Method: After production is completed, we will choose an appropriate courier based on the destination address, such as FedEx or DHL. Shipping time is approximately 4 to 7 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: You can generally expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 business days.

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting us via email. Once production or shipping has started, we will not be able to cancel the order directly, but you may contact us for further assistance.

For orders that have not been shipped, we offer modification services. Customers can adjust product designs according to their needs, and we may charge a small symbolic revision fee.

You can contact us for a return and refund within 15 days from the date of receipt. We will process your return request within 2 business days. After this period, we will not be able to offer returns or refunds.
